Get help with missing or damaged orders
- Most orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (processing time does not include weekend days).
- Standard ground orders will be delivered within 2-5 business days once shipped.
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
- Orders with Overnight or Second Day Service will be processed the same day if received by 2:00 PM EST. (11 AM ET for USA brands)
- We are currently unable to accept orders shipped to destinations outside the United States or U.S. Territories.
- All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Simply input your order number, click the button, and you’ll see your order status plus shipping information if your package has shipped.
Your Order number can be found on your order confirmation or you may sign into your account and click My Account at the top right corner of the page. When you see the dropdown menu, click My Orders. If your order has shipped, you’ll see the tracking number, if available. Click on it to view the delivery status. Note that some shipping carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.
If the tracking information for your package is confirmed delivered, and you are unable to locate the delivered package please:
- Check with neighbors and family members
- Look around the delivery location
- Check for notice of attempted delivery
- Wait a full 24 hours from the noted delivery date
- After 24 hours contact the carrier directly who can assist further
Clinique.com is not responsible for the loss of orders to a forwarding company. Once a package is received by a forwarding company, it is the responsibility of the forwarding company.
NOTE: Clinique.com monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong and damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained (including the shipper). Clinique.com reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside and contact us immediately for assistance via CHAT or via phone at 1-800-419-4041. If you are unable to retain the contents due to the extent of damage, handle with care to take a photo of damaged item(s), and then safely discard of the damaged contents.

Clinique.com is not responsible for providing a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to ship product(s) to a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. Damage must be reported prior to the forwarding company accepting the package. Once a package is received by a forwarding company, it is the responsibility of the forwarding company.
If your order was placed less than 60 minutes ago and you would like to cancel, please log into your account and select the order you would like to cancel or you can cancel via the link in your order confirmation email. If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you would like to change any part of your order, the most efficient way to resolve this would be to cancel your order and then place a new order with your preferred payment method/products/shipping address.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our return policy.
We accept returns for products purchased from Clinique.com only, and all returns are inspected upon return. Products purchased from Clinique.com must be returned in new or gently used condition and within 60* days from date of purchase. Additionally, returns of items that qualified for a free promotional item(s) must be returned with the free promotional item(s). Please note: Items noted as final sale or not-returnable, gift cards, and electronic gift cards are not eligible for exchange or return. Clinique.com monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that, in its sole discretion, do not meet the return policy requirements, in instances of abuse, or for items that were re-sent at no cost in a good faith gesture following a report of non-receipt.
*Refunds for returns received after 60 days are not guaranteed and will be made at the sole discretion of Clinique.com. If issued in these instances, Clinique.com has the right to provide the refunded amount in the form of an electronic gift card or a refund check.
For items returned within our returns policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment. If the payment was split between a Clinique.com gift card and credit card, debit card, or bank issued gift card, the credit is applied to the credit card, debit card, or bank issued gift card first. If a balance remains to be credited, it will be applied to the Clinique.com gift card.
If you would like to exchange a product(s), simply return the unwanted product(s). A refund will be processed within 2 business days of receipt. You may place a new order for the product(s) you wish to purchase at any time.
For qualifying returns, you can generate a prepaid return label from our site (no printer required). Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse, and you will receive a credit confirmation with your refund amount once your return has been fully processed. Please note: eGift cards, gift cards, promotional items, final sale items, or Clinique products purchased somewhere other than Clinique.com are not eligible for return online.
If you recently sent back the return, it is possible that your package is still in transit to our distribution center. Returns are typically processed within 2 business days of being received.
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a credit confirmation email with exact refund details and timing to post to your account. Refunds issued to a credit card, Clinique.com gift card, Alipay, or for orders placed through Instagram can take up to 7-10 business days. If another payment method was used, please out to the payment provider or your financial institution directly for more information.
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. Backorders generally become available and are shipped within 2 weeks. However, it is possible that this backorder may be further extended. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item prior to its shipment, please contact us via chat and we will be happy to assist you.
Sometimes a product has been discontinued and is no longer available for purchase. For assistance in finding a comparable replacement product, simply Chat with a Clinique.com Consultant. One of our product experts will be happy to confirm if the product was discontinued and help find an alternate product.
